  4. Yum, it all looks good, especially the tofu...I love it in big chunks like that and the stuffed squash with roots and apples...sounds great.

What did you think of the Field Roast loaf? I've tried it, but wasn't too keen. Will it make the table on Thanksgiving?

  5. I can take or leave the field roast. I enjoyed a few bites, but I didn't want to eat the whole two slices pictured above. We'll get it again because Alex likes it. I do too, just not as much.

  8. Everything looks and sounds delicious! I've never had field roast though, but it sure looks good. I see you could take or leave the field roast. What did you not really like about it?

  9. Michelle, I can't put my finger on why I thought the field roast was just okay. I guess it just doesn't have as much flavor as the veggies do. The middle part was good, but it was mostly going for the meat texture without much flavor at all. Maybe it needs some gravy or sauce. If you come across one, try it. It's not bad.

  11. I already bought the extra large Field Roast ($20) for Thanksgiving. I love it. I have a jar of TJ's Mango Chutney, never occured to me to use it on Tofu. I like starting sentences with "I".
