The recipe seems to be making the rounds! I love your addition of water chestnuts! I never knew what those were until fairly recently, but I love the crunch and neutrality they add to stir fries and such. If all "Chinese food" were like this, I'd eat it.

That definitely is a happy inspiration! I was yearning for that too when I saw the posts. I made the sauce and used it on tofu, but I really need to do properly with tempeh. I love your additions of baby corn and water chestnuts. It came together beautifully...a truly delicious looking meal.
